Bobbejaankloof pass is barely 11 km from the gate — a tight kloof on gravel that makes a natural warm-up before you decide which direction to push for the day. Vancollerspas sits 27 km to the NE for remote views and proper gravel. The full Soutpansberg range — Wyllie's Poort, Masekwaspoort, and more — is within striking distance for those wanting a longer loop. Mapungubwe National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site at the Limpopo/Shashe confluence, is a worthy target for a full northern day. Back on the farm, wild camping keeps things honest. Pitch your own tent on open land — up to 15 riders at a time — and wind down around the fire. Die Drukgang padstal is 12 km away for a meal or coffee before you head out; Louis Trichardt, roughly 52 km east, covers fuel, food and a proper bed if you need one.
